Jenny Sheng is a speaker, strategist, and former Big Pharma leader who helps the life sciences industry build smarter, more human-centered innovation by putting patients at the heart of it all. As the Founder and CEO of Innomaven, she partners with organizations to translate end user insights into strategy—from early development to launch and beyond.
With close to 20 years of experience spanning Pharma, consulting, and agency, Jenny has led Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and New Product Planning at companies like IQVIA, Novartis, and Pfizer across Rare Diseases, Oncology and Neuroscience. She guides blockbuster launch teams, authors industry best playbooks, and consults for global Pharma companies on how to innovate faster.
As a speaker and moderator, Jenny brings a rare mix of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and practical know-how. She’s been invited as a thought leader and advisor by Women In Innovation, the HBA, academic institutions, and companies—known for her ability to make complex topics feel grounded, urgent, and deeply human.
